Carlos helped us navigate the sale of our home in Santa Monica (amidst the pandemic...us having a newborn baby...him having a newborn baby). He was so hands-on in advising us with the pre-sale preparations, from vetting vendors for hardwood floor refinishing to painting. He was there in person to talk to them and consult with us, provide updated comps, etc. Carlos also found us an amazing staging company at a price we wanted (who even utilized some of our furniture). The place looked gorgeous, and it really showed in the photos and 3D video. The marketing of our home was also excellent...you know when you see an ad for your own home on social media, and when your friends send you pictures of the postcards of your home they received, that something is working. Ultimately when the right offer came in and it was time for inspections, negotiating, etc., Carlos once again took the driver's seat and didn't go wrong.
